Wow. Time has flown by.We have got many things accomplished. We have done many videos in class. We have came up with our game ideas and are trying to work on them. All in all we have done really well!!Peace Out <3
Today was a great day! We got to meet David Lowenstein. (Sry if I mispelled that)!! It was a great day. He is a really nice guy and has a lot of good suggestions for our game ideas and for our teams also. I am glad that we got to meet him!!!

It has been a long week. I am ready for Christmas Break!!! We have been really busy. We have been working on the editing the dress code video. Also we have been trying to get a little bit of our game ideas put together with our team since David Lowenstein will be visiting us tomorrow.Let's hope he shows up unlike last time!! <3

This week we have been really busy. We have been working with our teams and doing the video about dress code. I think we have got along pretty far. We only have a few more scenes left for the video. So we will be done in a little while. Also we have been updating our blogs and wiki pages.
Wow!It has been a great week so far.We have been working on a Dress Code Video for our school. It will teach students to not violate the dress code or there will be major consequences.Me and my team members chose to do this because our teacher told us to choose a major school issue. Other team members chose to do one on cell phones.I think my team has came along pretty well.
We have been really busy in class lately. We have been working with our team in getting ready to film our paper protoype. Today we got that done. Now all we have to do is upload it to the wiki page. I thought that our team did really good.
My team has been working to try and come up with 3 different game ideas. My team came up with a recycling game where it teaches people facts about recycling and why they should recycle instead of litter. To start out with you get to pick the background that you want. It could be a beach, schoolyard, etc. Then you pick a boy or girl character that you will be playing as. Next you see someone take there bag of trash and litter all over the background that you chose. You now have a certain amount of time to pick up all the individual pieces of trash. But there is one catch. Mixed in with the trash are toys. Be sure and not pick them up or you lose points. After all this then you go to a bonus round where you will either have a search and find with all the words of items that you found or some other type of puzzle. You have to complete these to go to the next round. After completing this some kind of fact will show up about recycling.
Also another game idea was about a Periodic Table Game. This game would be used in classrooms to teach students about the Periodic Table and all of its elements. It would also include a few key facts about each element.
And lastly, our 3rd game idea was about violence. We came up with this one because of all the was and violence going on not only in the world, but even sometimes in schools. We thought that this game would be able to teach people about violence. We would have a violence act, like say for instance someone getting bullied. Well you have like 3 or 4 choices to choose from. Do i walk away, do I tell someone, or do I beat them up. More than likely you should choose tell someone. If you chose this one then you would be correct and you would get points. If you got it wrong then you lose points.
This week we have been doing various things. We mainly have been working with our teams and editing our team pages. Also we have been discussing our game ideas and deciding which we one we want to focus more on. Also we have been working on the paper prototype and trying to get it done.
Today we worked with our team members. We worked on the game prototype. Also we talked about the game ideas and about how we were going to make the paper prototype.
Wow. It has been a long time since I have posted anything. Well we have been busy in class. We have been preparing to present our game genres to the class. Also we have been working with our team and talking about our 3 game ideas. We have got alot accomplished.
This week has been a good week. We have been working with our mini bunny game, and updating our blogs and wiki pages. I think that I have mostly everything caught up. Hopefully anyway.Peace out again <3
WOW! it has been a long time since I have updated my blog. Well we have made a lot of progress over the last few weeks. We have been with our teams discussing our team logo and also discussing our genres for our games that we are designing. Today, I looked at Mrs. Neal's wiki page and looked at the examples of designing a logo. I havent got to design my logo yet, but I will be working on it. The websites have a lot of information on them.
This week we have been working with our teams. We designed a logo for our team. Also we have been getting caught up with all the wiki pages and blogs.
Ok well I think that his mom has the right to take away his cell phone. I think that the boy should not have reacted that way towards it. He should not even lay a hand on his parents or brother. I just don't think that his dad should have called the cops. I think his dad should have just handled it on his own and do something about it.
Today, we worked on looking at the different genres for choosing a game. This will help our team choose a game and design it. I enjoyed doing this because it will help my team to decide what gmae to design, and we have many different options to choose from.
Today in Globaloria Class, I watched a video about learning more about Flash. I learned some new things, like how to make the image blurry, how to make a 10 point star, and a few more things. I still have a lot more to learn.
Today, I learned more about Flash. I learned how to make it animated, and make it look really cool. I am enjoying it!!
I have learned about using Flash this week, and I really like it. This is my first time using Flash and I really liked it! I still have a lot to learn, but I will learn.
Today in Globaloria class, I learned about cyber safety, and the importance of not giving out any information on the Internet to anyone. Also, I learned that there are many things out there on the Internet that are hamrful to students. Just remember to be safe on the Internet.Another thing, when you are on your email and you do not know who the sender is, do not open it. It contains spyware and they will get all your information.
Today in Globaloria, we worked with flash. I have never used flash, but I watched the video that showed me all the cool things with using flash. I enjoyed it!!! I think that I will enjoy using flash!! Well Im gonna go. Peace out!
This week in Globaloria, we have been on our wiki page and playing the different types of games, and writing what we thought about them. I have found some cool games that I liked. Some of the games are ok, but I enjoyed it.
Today, I played a game called stop disasters. It was really fun. You have a budget of $50,000 and a village full of people that you have to protect from a natural disaster. You have to build homes for the people. I enjoyed it!
This is my first year in Globaloria. I am enjoying the class a lot. I have learned how to create a blog, and a wiki page. This class is awesome!!!!! I ♥ it!!!!!
